What is the best way to write an obituary? I have to write a fake obituary book report for my 9th grade english class.
My book is the classical, "Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck.
I think im going to choose Lennie.
any tips or ideas on how to start it or how to write it would be awesome.
thanks so much.

lalalala, read four obituaries in the newspaper, not the real short ones but some medium ones. It’ll take you about 5 minutes if you get the daily paper. If you don’t, find some online from any US paper.
What information do they put at the very top of the obit? What always appears near the end? What takes up the space in between?
These are really easy if you know the person–or book character. References :
