now michael jackson is dead who gets the copyright to the beatles soundtracks?

I was just thinking about how Michael Jackson has died and I looked on google about Ringo Star which obviously reminded me of The Beatles so I remembered that he owned the copyright of all thier soundtracks does that mean his ownership is now back to the previous owner or does it mean it gets passed down in his will?

it’s rumored that he left the catalog in his will to either Paul McCartney or Yoko Ono
It’s also rumored that it might be sold to help pay for his $500 million debt, because the catalog alone is worth nearly $1 billion (after you include royalties and other factors)
