Does anybody know what the autopsy results of Michael Jackson’s Body were?

Im just so suprised at his death and curious! SO ANY INFO! PLZ ANSWER~!
OK so he died from a massive drug overdose..but has anyone found out if they were prescribed drug or over the counter,,,like he was a druggie …or did a doctor prescribe him too much?

It was reported that there were no signs of foul play, but we have to wait for the toxicology reports to come back to find out what the cause of death was. The toxicology reports take 6 – 8 weeks to come back.

Because fowl play was ruled out the autopsy results wont be available until another few weeks,they are saying now that a half hour before he had his heart attack he recieved a shot of oxycotin and i believe demeral or something alond that line.
