The presence of God in his life would have prevented this. And yes- God can and has cured many illness. May I suggest you read some scripture and find the truth. Define hospital environment. That is far more legally difficult than you may imagine. Then what of emergency medical procedures performed out in the field?
Ultimately, it is already restricted buy non binding guidelines that can and will be used against someone in court. Basically, you seek to create another useless law that will only impede proper use and not add anything toward deterrence or punishment of improper use. We have adequate laws for this already.

Such a sad, tortured soul. No this drug shouldnt have been given -but he paid a dr to give him what he wanted- escape from the real world and escape from pain. To me these doctors are worse than the corner drug dealers. They are educated and take an oath to do no harm, no one will ever make me believe this so called doctor didn’t know he was doing MJ harm. I hope justice is served on a huge platter for this money grubbing drug dealer with a degree in medicine! All of this is so sad, poor Michael just wanted to sleep, what a tortured soul. All this news is making me feel sick. I can’t believe Michael died. It’s hurting me a lot. They isolated him from the people he could trust the most which were his child friends and look at what happened? They made something horrible of it and caused him to live his life in bitter seclusion. I have so much empathy for Michael and I can almost understand everything he went through, it’s very hurtful… I can feel the energy of all this drama.

They shud ban the drug, propofol if it is used outside the hospital enviroment.. this drug doesn’t ease anxiety or help someone sleep…. if this is used improperly, then of course it is going to be lethal, and this is the consequence…

i wish he had found real love or someone who could take care of him like you would for a child. he needed attention and love, he was not responsible for all the tragedy in his life. he could be lonely but not unhappy and wanted to live but down the years all he got from the world was suspicion and hatred, you could see the pain and dissappointment all over his face, he harmed himself. his anger for the world was all written on his face. he certainly didnt deserve to die this way, but if that’s what god wants then it must be for his own good. i wish not to live long to be able to be with him and make it possible up there. he is invincible ,there will never be another michael jackson. god bless. rip mj.
